The new school year is off (and well) hiking. Thanks to the generosity of Steve Freese and the Portland Pie Company we enjoyed a taste of pie from our "official club restaurant." How about a shout out for our generous hosts! We are looking foward to developing a partnership with the home of Portland's original gourmet flavored pizza crusts. Our partnership with the folks at Portland Pie Company is a natural fit given that they sport menu items such as "Old Speck," (where we are going on September 13th) "The Mount Katahdin," "The Nor'easter," "Cadillac Mountain," "The Allagash," "The Sebago" and even "Frye's Leap" and others--all places we may discover on outings with the Frassati Society.
